THE NEW OUTLOOK TEEN CENTER IS...an after-school and summer adventure program that serves the towns of Brentwood, East Kingston, Exeter, Kensington, Newfields, and Stratham. We provide middle and high school youth with high-quality creative, recreational, educational and prevention programming. New Outlook encourages youth to express themselves, transcend personal boundaries, learn the value of service to their community, and develop individual assets that foster healthy and meaningful lives.

Recently, $1,6 million allocated to youth services was cut from the 2011/2012 NH State Budget. As a result of this and other state cuts, New Outlook has lost more than $100,000 in county and other grant funding. $100,000 represents one-third of our operating budget.
