Educational Speakers

Central to New Outlook’s mission, is our focus on building partnerships with community members, schools, agencies, business, and organizations. Each school year, New Outlook sponsors community forums, guest presentations, community dialogue nights, and other educational speakers. Topics of discussion include teen-parent relationships, teen drug and alcohol use, depression and suicide, and teen sexuality. New Outlook staff, professionals from other agencies, and UNH students, support youth as they learn about issues such as substance abuse, peer relationships, HIV/AIDS, mental health, and nutrition. In addition, New Outlook hosts a quarterly networking breakfast for local social service agencies, educators, and health and mental health professionals.
